Job Summary

This role involves managing and evolving the IT infrastructure for the Episcopal Ordinariate, serving as a central IT service provider. You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user devices. A key part of your day-to-day will be ensuring system stability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and 1st to 3rd-level support. You will also participate in IT projects such as Microsoft 365 implementation and backup management, while focusing on security, patch management, and process automation. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science (Bachelor or Master) or completed IT vocational training with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the operation and administration of IT systems (servers, networks, storage, backup, operating systems)
  • Experience in providing IT support (1st, 2nd, and 3rd level)
  • Experience in participating in IT projects and technical documentation

Languages

German (Basic)
