The City of Regensburg is seeking a part-time Service Desk Clerk to join their Information and Communication Technology Department. This role serves as the central point of contact for 1st-level IT support, handling hardware and software issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Key responsibilities include providing initial solutions for MS Office and Windows client problems, and communicating effectively with users regarding their requests and technical advice. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT vocational training, preferably as an IT Specialist, possess good German language skills (B2 level), and demonstrate strong communication, initiative, and customer orientation.
