In this role, you will join the Dormagen city administration team, focusing on infrastructural facility management. Your daily responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with operator liability requirements (VDI 3810), managing maintenance intervals, and coordinating external service providers. A major component of this position involves acting as the project lead for the implementation and ongoing administration of the SPARTACUS CAFM system, including data management, system updates, and user training. You will be responsible for creating framework contracts and performing risk analyses to ensure the safety and functionality of municipal properties. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor or FH Diploma) in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Building Services Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Experience in the implementation or administration of CAFM systems
  • Professional experience in project management is desirable
