Required Skills

Education

For civil servants: Qualification for the second entry level of career group 2 in general non-technical administrative service.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the organizational department of a local municipal government
  • Experience in managing complex administrative facts and mediating between conflicting interests
  • Leadership experience is desirable
  • Experience in structured and solution-oriented project management
