Job Summary

This role within the SAP Competence Center (CCC) offers a pivotal opportunity to act as a primary IT business partner for SAP HCM. You will be responsible for the ongoing support, optimization, and further development of SAP HCM applications, including participation in major projects like SAP S/4HANA migrations and the rollout of new modules such as FI-TV and ESS/MSS. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing complex business processes, customizing requirements, managing 2nd-level support (incidents, service requests, and change requests), and ensuring quality through technical testing and documentation. Additionally, you will take on technical project management responsibilities, ensuring structured implementation and delivery. This position is ideal for an experienced professional looking to influence SAP landscape evolution in a stable, large-scale healthcare environment, offering a permanent contract and the flexibility of part-time options (minimum 30 hours).
