Job Summary

The SAP HCM Application Manager will join the Information and Medical Technology management team at Salzburger Landeskliniken to support and evolve the recently implemented SAP HCM system. In this role, you will work closely with the HR and Legal departments to manage SAP HCM modules (OM, PA, or PY). Your daily responsibilities include creating technical concepts, implementing system requirements, performing developer tests for quality assurance, and providing second-level support. You will also participate in strategic projects, such as the SAP S/4 HANA migration and the implementation of ESS/MSS services. This position offers the opportunity to advance to a Senior Application Manager role within a collaborative SAP Competence Center (CCC) team. The role is unique because it directly impacts the efficiency of HR processes in a large-scale clinical environment, offering a stable, long-term career path with the possibility of part-time work (minimum 30 hours per week).

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Computer Science, OR specialized IT vocational training with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience if holding a BHS IT degree
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience if holding an IT vocational qualification
  • Professional experience in SAP ERP or other SAP systems
  • Experience in project management is considered an advantage
