This role is central to the ministry's modernization and digitalization efforts, specifically focusing on integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into administrative processes. You will act as deputy program lead, overseeing the conceptual and technical implementation of AI projects across various environmental agencies. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing IT service providers, coordinating with federal stakeholders, and ensuring that digital solutions are scalable and reusable. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in IT project management and a passion for public sector innovation. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT Management, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a related field with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the implementation of IT and digitalization projects.
  • Experience in agile program or project management, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Experience in working with IT service providers.
  • Experience in the conceptualization, introduction, and operation of IT/AI applications or infrastructure.
  • Professional experience in a supreme or higher federal or state authority is considered a strong asset.
