Job Summary
As a Service Technician at Bosch Building Automation, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of building automation and MSR (measurement, control, and regulation) systems. Your day-to-day work involves traveling to customer sites in the Hamburg area to troubleshoot automation stations, control cabinets, and management units. You will parameterize software applications, conduct functional testing, and ensure the overall reliability of building systems. Beyond technical execution, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on system enhancements and coordinating with subcontractors. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys solving complex technical issues while maintaining high standards of documentation and customer service. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training as an electronics technician for automation technology, electrical technician for devices and systems, or a comparable qualification. Further education as a state-certified technician, master craftsman, or a technical degree is considered an advantage.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the service environment of MSR or building automation systems.
- Proven experience in fault analysis, maintenance, and the operation of standardized software applications.
- Practical experience with HVAC plant technology, functional processes, and technical documentation.

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Project-related travel willingness is expected. The role is based in the Hamburg area.
