Job Summary
Join Bosch as a Development Engineer specializing in Automation Technology for Nexeed systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and enhancement of automation and control technology for test stands, including their commissioning both on-site and at customer locations. You will create new software modules and objects for our systems, collaborating closely with project teams and supporting colleagues. Additionally, you will assist sales with concept development, proposal preparation, and cost calculation for customized solutions, working with global experts on innovative control concepts. This position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Mechatronics, or a technician qualification with at least five years of experience. Strong skills in SPS programming with Nexeed are essential, with experience in measurement and control technology, physical understanding, and object-oriented programming being beneficial. You should be communicative, team-oriented, analytical, and structured in your work.

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Mechatronics; OR Technician qualification.
Experience
- Completed studies in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Mechatronics) OR Technician qualification with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Strong knowledge in SPS programming with Nexeed
- Experience in measurement and control technology is advantageous
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming is desirable
- Practical application of knowledge in various projects is ideal
