Job Summary
As a System Administrator at IT-Allianz Nord AöR, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of municipal services in Schleswig-Holstein. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure, monitoring productive systems, proactively identifying and resolving service disruptions, and maintaining disaster recovery capabilities. You will work within a collaborative team of approximately 50 professionals to deliver efficient, secure, and service-oriented IT solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, either through a relevant university degree or vocational training in IT, combined with excellent organizational skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in Computer Science OR completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration/Application Development) or equivalent IT qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system administration or related technical fields
- Experience in managing and monitoring IT infrastructure and applications
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex IT service disruptions
Languages
Additional
- Must possess C1 level German proficiency. Position requires working in either Bad Segeberg or Ratzeburg, Germany. Employment is subject to TVöD (public service) regulations.
