Job Summary
This role within the District of Segeberg involves managing the full lifecycle of electrical systems for approximately 50 district-owned and leased properties. As an Electrical Engineer, Technician, or Master Craftsman, you will act as the client representative, overseeing maintenance, repair, renovation, and modernization projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning, steering, and controlling technical projects, managing external planning offices, and monitoring budgets for technical building equipment. You will ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and adherence to timelines throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in Electrical Engineering, OR state-certified Technician in Electrical Engineering, OR Master Craftsman (Meister) in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in planning, tendering, construction, and project management is preferred
- Knowledge of relevant technical regulations and procurement guidelines
- Knowledge of GEFMA standards is considered an asset
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to use a private vehicle for work purposes (with reimbursement). Must meet C1 German language proficiency requirements.
