Job Summary

The IT Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the IT department at Stiftung Die Gute Hand in Kürten-Biesfeld. In this part-time (50%) position, you will be the primary point of contact for user support, managing incoming requests via telephone. Your daily responsibilities will include the inventory, setup, and documentation of hardware and software assets, as well as the management and distribution of IT consumables. This role is ideal for someone who is service-oriented, friendly, and eager to learn about complex IT structures. Required Skills

Education

Experience
