Job Summary

In this role, you will play a hands-on part in the development of modern diagnostic test procedures within a pharmaceutical environment. Your daily responsibilities include preparing, executing, and analyzing laboratory experiments, working with automated analysis platforms, and optimizing assays, particularly in the field of mass spectrometry. You will ensure all work is documented in compliance with quality management standards and regulatory requirements, such as IVDR and ISO 13485. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with the Technical Lead and cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in life sciences who thrives in an interdisciplinary environment. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or state-certified technician qualification in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biology, or Food Chemistry; alternatively, completed vocational training as a Chemical or Biological Laboratory Technician with equivalent knowledge.

Experience

  • Professional experience in laboratory development or quality assurance
  • Experience in the development and optimization of biochemical or immunological test procedures
  • Experience with complex analysis systems and their validation under regulatory requirements
