Job Summary

As an IT Systems Administrator at Akkodis, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure and operational processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing hardware and software service requests, both on-site and remotely, while ensuring the smooth execution of employee onboarding and offboarding. You will be responsible for the maintenance of system documentation, managing IT procurement, and overseeing telecommunications contracts. A key aspect of this role is the administration of our Microsoft 365 environment, including security configurations like Conditional Access and MDM. You will also manage firewalls, VPNs, and contribute to IT security and compliance initiatives.
