Job Summary

The Team Lead IT Service Management will oversee a team of approximately eight employees within the Joint Data Center of the German Pension Insurance (DRV). This role involves both professional and personnel leadership, focusing on employee development and health management. Key responsibilities include coordinating requirement management, defining and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and managing business relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will drive change management processes and support the team's adoption of agile working methods. Representing the DRV in national and international working groups is also a core component of the role. This position is ideal for a candidate with a background in IT or business administration who excels in service-oriented environments, possesses strong communication skills, and is comfortable navigating complex organizational structures. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in IT or Economics, or an equivalent qualification (e.g., Diplom-Betriebswirt BA).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in service management or account management

  • Initial leadership experience in coordinating and steering project groups or working teams
