Your daily responsibilities include managing 1st Level Support, handling hardware issuance and returns, and troubleshooting issues across Windows notebooks, MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads. You will act as a key point of contact for technical inquiries, providing guidance on product selection and system usage. Additionally, you will be responsible for technical administration, including managing VPN connections, IP telephony, and operating systems, while ensuring all requests are accurately documented in the ticketing system. Required Skills

Education
