Job Summary

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a leading European IT service provider, supporting a major automotive client. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users, providing both on-site support at a service desk and remote assistance. Your daily responsibilities include managing mobile devices (Apple), scanners, and standard workplace hardware like PCs, notebooks, and printers. You will perform IMAC-D services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) in both office and shopfloor environments, manage tickets, and troubleshoot technical issues. The position requires a high level of reliability and a solution-oriented mindset. You will work in a shift-based environment (05:00–23:00) with occasional Saturday on-call duties. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support within a large corporate environment
  • Practical experience in working with professional ticket management systems

  • Valid driver's license (manual transmission/Schaltgetriebe) required. Availability for shift work (05:00–23:00) and Saturday on-call duty (05:00–14:00) is mandatory.
