Job Summary

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a leading European IT service provider, supporting a major automotive client. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users, providing both on-site support at a service desk and remote assistance. Your daily responsibilities include managing mobile devices (Apple), scanners, and standard workplace hardware like PCs, notebooks, and printers. You will perform IMAC-D services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) in both office and shopfloor environments, manage tickets, and troubleshoot technical issues. The position requires a high level of reliability and a solution-oriented mindset. You will work in a shift-based environment (05:00–23:00) with occasional Saturday on-call duties.
