As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining stable IT operations within a diverse system landscape. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing onsite support and performing IMAC/D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) services for end-user devices. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and integration of hardware and software, as well as managing printers in multi-vendor environments. A key part of your role involves analyzing and resolving complex technical issues through 1st and 2nd level support, ensuring all work is documented and completed within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT System Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT system integration or technical support
  • Experience with ticket and call-tracking systems
  • Experience working within SLA-based environments
  • Proven experience in client-side hardware and software troubleshooting
