As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the IT infrastructure for a leading service provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing hands-on technical support at client locations, including the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstations, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices. You will manage incoming support requests through ticket systems, document your work, and assist with IT rollouts and office relocations. Additionally, you will provide guidance to end-users to ensure smooth operation of their equipment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in system integration, a solid understanding of Windows-based environments, and excellent communication skills. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting Windows-based client environments
  • Experience in using ticket-based IT service management systems
