Job Summary
As an Energy Management Project Manager at ProCurand in Berlin-Mitte, you will play a pivotal role in building and implementing a company-wide energy management system from the ground up. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating an interdisciplinary team, establishing measurement concepts, analyzing energy consumption, and identifying optimization potential to improve sustainability and cost-efficiency. You will act as the central interface between internal departments like Facility Management, IT, and Controlling, while also managing external energy consultants and auditors. Key requirements include a degree in Engineering, Energy/Environmental Technology, or Industrial Engineering, along with a strong technical understanding of building and plant technology. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Energy & Environmental Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in energy management or the implementation of management systems (e.g., ISO 50005, ISO 14001) preferred.
- Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary teams or cross-departmental projects.
- Experience in analyzing energy data and working with monitoring systems.
- Strong background in building, plant, and process technology.
