As an IT Support Specialist based in Berlin-Mitte, you will join ProCurand, a company with over 25 years of experience in the care sector. This role is central to maintaining the digital infrastructure across the headquarters and 39 external locations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd level support, managing hardware and software installations, and overseeing network security and VPN solutions. You will be instrumental in administering Microsoft 365 environments, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Veeam backups. The position is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy troubleshooting and direct user interaction via hotline or on-site visits. Required Skills
Education
