Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician at Vivantes, Berlin's largest healthcare network, you will play a vital role in maintaining the IT infrastructure that supports essential medical and nursing care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, as well as providing 1st and 2nd level support to resolve technical incidents. You will be responsible for documenting IT processes, assisting with system rollouts, and administering network environments.
