Job Summary
As an I&C Technician at Bosch Building Automation, you will play a pivotal role in making buildings smarter and more efficient. Your daily responsibilities include the independent commissioning of Instrumentation and Control (I&C) and building automation systems, as well as implementing standardized software applications for automation stations and control cabinets. You will hold technical responsibility for your applications, collaborating closely with project managers and various departments to ensure stable, standards-compliant system functionality. You will also serve as a key technical point of contact for customers and partners, manage project documentation, and oversee the coordination of external services. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in technical problem-solving and enjoys working on diverse, high-impact projects in the Jena, Berlin, and Dresden regions. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, Electronics Technician for Automation Technology, or equivalent). Additional qualification as a state-certified technician, master craftsman, or a technical degree is considered an advantage.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the commissioning of I&C or building automation systems
- Experience with standardized software applications and HVAC system workflows
- Experience in managing technical documentation and project-related communication
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel for project-related work.
