Job Summary

As a Building Management System (BMS) Technician at Bosch Building Automation, you will play a pivotal role in the lifecycle of building automation projects in the Frankfurt area. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the independent commissioning of BMS and building automation systems, implementing standardized software applications for automation stations and control cabinets, and ensuring the stable, compliant operation of management systems. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact, coordinating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. This role requires a strong technical background in electrical engineering and automation, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage complex technical documentation. You will be instrumental in preparing project handovers and ensuring that all systems meet rigorous performance standards. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, Electronics Technician for Automation Technology, or equivalent). Further qualification as a state-certified technician, master craftsman, or a technical degree is an advantage.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the commissioning of BMS or building automation systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with standardized software applications for building automation.
  • Proven knowledge of HVAC system technology and operational functional workflows.
  • Experience in preparing and managing technical project documentation.
