Job Summary

This role involves working within the state environmental agency (LfU) to manage authorization and notification procedures under the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG). You will be responsible for monitoring industrial facilities, advising planning offices and authorities on complex environmental requirements, and conducting environmental impact assessments. A key part of the position is handling neighbor complaints and providing expert opinions in administrative proceedings, particularly concerning energy generation plants and facilities covered by the European Industrial Emissions Directive (IED). The ideal candidate is a technical or scientific professional with strong analytical skills, capable of managing complex tasks independently and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. Required Skills

Education
