Job Summary

As a Process Technician at Bosch's semiconductor facility, you will play a critical role in the daily operation of production equipment. Your day-to-day responsibilities include operating manufacturing machinery, developing process recipes in collaboration with process engineers, and supporting the execution of experiments. You will be responsible for performing equipment qualifications using statistical process control (SPC) and fault detection and classification (FDC) methods, as well as documenting process issues and managing hold material according to OCAP and deviation management protocols. This role requires a strong team-oriented mindset to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively. The position is unique due to its integration into a high-tech semiconductor environment and operates on a full-continuous 6:4 shift model (6 days on, 4 days off), ensuring 24/7 production coverage. We are looking for a motivated, responsible individual with a technical background who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing setting.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Microtechnology).

Experience

  • Professional experience in a technical field (Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Microtechnology)
  • Initial professional experience in manufacturing methods and processes
  • Experience with semiconductor-specific manufacturing processes is considered an asset
