Job Summary

As a Civil Engineer specializing in road planning and design, you will play a pivotal role in the development, expansion, and maintenance of federal highway infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include managing complex infrastructure projects, coordinating with specialized authorities and stakeholders, and preparing comprehensive planning documentation. A key aspect of this role involves the creation and coordination of 3D/BIM models to support integrative planning, alongside rigorous project management duties encompassing cost, schedule, and quality control. You will also oversee engineering contracts, including budget monitoring and claims management. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys both technical design and project coordination. You will work in a collaborative environment, engaging in public consultations and ensuring that all projects adhere to strict technical standards and legal regulations. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Dipl.-Ing. (FH) or Bachelor) in Civil Engineering with a specialization in road planning, or equivalent professional qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the planning of road construction projects.
  • Proven expertise in managing infrastructure projects, including technical and contractual supervision.
  • Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary planning teams and communicating with regulatory authorities.
