As a Strategic Inhouse Consultant, you will play a pivotal role within the Marketing and Procurement department, focusing on optimizing assortment strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve initiating, conceptualizing, and executing strategic projects, often leading sub-projects as you gain experience. You will tackle complex business challenges related to growth and process optimization, using data-driven analysis to derive actionable recommendations. A key part of your role includes presenting these strategies to internal stakeholders and facilitating workshops to drive cross-departmental collaboration. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in in-house consulting or strategy consulting.
- Preferred experience within the retail or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
- Experience in project conceptualization and (sub-)project management is considered an asset.
