Job Summary
As the Team Lead for Asset and Service Management at dm-drogerie markt, you will play a pivotal role in the lifecycle of retail locations across Germany. Operating from the headquarters in Karlsruhe, you will provide disciplinary and functional leadership to a team responsible for strategic maintenance, technical facility management, and infrastructural services such as cleaning and landscaping. Your day-to-day involves optimizing business processes, managing maintenance strategies for technical systems, and overseeing cost and investment planning. Required Skills

- Professional experience in Facility Management, ideally within the retail real estate sector
- Proven track record in business process analysis and strategic development
- Experience in managing technical and infrastructural services for commercial properties
- Background in financial management, including invoice and cost control
