Job Summary

This role involves serving as the construction supervisor for electrical, communication, security, and information technology systems within the Facility Management unit of the Steglitz-Zehlendorf district office in Berlin. You will manage both new construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and HOAI phases 1-9. Your day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating planning documents, developing renovation concepts, monitoring costs and timelines, and managing maintenance and incident responses. You will act as the primary point of contact for building users, planners, and contractors, ensuring high-quality execution of building services.
