Job Summary

The Thuringian State Office for Consumer Protection is seeking a motivated Biological Technical Assistant to join the Molecular Biology and Hybrid Foods department in Bad Langensalza. In this role, you will perform essential biochemical and molecular biological analyses of food products, including nucleic acid extraction, PCR (conventional, real-time, and digital), sequencing, and protein determination via ELISA.
