Job Summary

In this role, you will serve as a vital support member within the IT department of 'Die Gute Hand', a foundation dedicated to providing holistic care for children, youth, and adults. Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on providing telephone-based user support, managing the inventory of hardware and software, handling the setup and documentation of technical equipment, and managing the distribution of IT consumables. This position is ideal for someone who is service-oriented, friendly, and eager to learn complex IT structures.
