Job Summary

As a Manager Food Law at Mast-Jägermeister SE, you will play a critical role within the Products & Quality department. Your primary responsibilities include managing international food law inquiries, overseeing product compliance, and performing label reviews. You will be responsible for quality assurance of liquid raw materials, including specification creation, complaint management, and conducting supplier audits. Additionally, you will lead food fraud risk analyses, monitor international food regulations, and support the business through technical research and association work. This temporary 10-month position requires a state-certified food chemist with a focus on food law and a strong analytical mindset.
