Job Summary
As a Senior Expert in Operations & Digital Transformation at DHL Group, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing the Legal Services department for the DACH region. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve designing and implementing Legal Operations strategies, optimizing processes, and integrating digital tools to enhance efficiency. You will act as a bridge between global standards and regional requirements, ensuring that the legal team operates with data-driven insights through KPIs and sophisticated reporting. You will also lead change management initiatives, providing training and support to facilitate the adoption of new systems. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in process optimization and/or operations and transformation environments.
- Professional experience in Legal Services or a related corporate legal environment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in applying and developing target operating models.
- Proven experience in utilizing data analytics, KPIs, and reporting structures to drive operational improvements.

- Must be eligible to work in Germany. Position is based in Bonn, Germany, with up to 3 days per week of remote work flexibility.
