As an IT Service Manager at DHL Group's Post & Paket Deutschland, you will serve as the central interface for IT service management across all domestic sorting centers. Your day-to-day responsibilities include advising departments on IT service topics, managing projects to optimize IT infrastructure, and overseeing ITSM tools and automated workflows. Required Skills
