As an IT Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient workplace solutions within a professional service environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing 1st and 2nd level support, managing tickets via the SNOW system, and handling the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware. This involves the installation, configuration, and deployment of end-user devices using SCCM, as well as managing user accounts and permissions within Active Directory. Additionally, you will be responsible for asset management, documenting equipment status, and physically setting up IT workstations during rollouts.
