This role involves serving as a client representative within the Saxony-Anhalt state administration, overseeing electrical, telecommunications, and IT infrastructure projects. You will manage the full lifecycle of construction measures, from planning and procurement to project controlling and final acceptance. Key responsibilities include BIM management, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards (BNB), managing external engineering contracts, and monitoring costs, timelines, and quality. You will act as a central coordinator, resolving conflicts and ensuring adherence to public building laws and regulations. This position is ideal for an engineer looking to combine technical expertise with project management in the public sector, offering a stable, permanent role in a professional administrative environment. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage complex project documentation, and the capacity to oversee both internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or Diploma (FH) in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Information Technology, Automation Technology, or Energy and Building Technology.

Experience

  • • Professional experience in planning and construction supervision within the public building sector, construction operations, or engineering firms is desirable.

  • Must be currently employed in the immediate state administration of Saxony-Anhalt. Willingness to undergo a security clearance (SÜG-LSA) up to level Ü2. Valid driver's license for service vehicles is required.
