This leadership role involves managing the 'Specialist Services' group for federal construction projects at the Office for Property and Building Management (AIB) in Stendal. You will lead a team of ten professionals, overseeing technical building equipment (TGE) across electrical, telecommunications, IT, and HVAC systems. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating personnel, steering budget and schedule compliance, and applying BIM (Building Information Modeling) and BNB (Sustainable Building) standards. You will act as a high-level advisor to stakeholders during the planning and construction phases, ensuring quality control for external engineering firms and contractors. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or Diploma (FH) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply/Utility Engineering, Energy and Heat Engineering, Telecommunications, or Building Automation.

Experience

  • Professional experience in public construction administration, construction operations, or planning offices is preferred
  • Initial leadership or management experience is desirable
  • Proven experience in technical building services such as electrical, mechanical, or energy engineering
  • Experience in applying BIM and BNB procedures in construction projects
  • Experience in monitoring and auditing external engineering and planning firms
