Job Summary
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our high-tech manufacturing capabilities. You will be responsible for the technical oversight of production lines, including device assembly, cable assembly, and PCB assembly. Your day-to-day work involves introducing new manufacturing technologies, managing machine commissioning, and optimizing operational processes to support our transition to industrial-scale production. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and implementing maintenance routines and ensuring all electrical systems, machinery, and tools comply with current standards and regulations. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in an innovative environment and is eager to drive automation and process improvements. You will work closely with our team in Dresden to support production planning and maintain high operational efficiency, contributing directly to the growth of our telematics and hardware manufacturing business.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, or Electrician (or equivalent industry qualification).
Experience
- Professional experience as a Mechatronics Engineer, Electronics Technician, or Electrician in an industrial setting
- Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of processing machinery

- Must be eligible to work in Germany. Role is based in Dresden, Germany.
