Job Summary

The Medical Service Rhineland-Palatinate is seeking an Order Manager to join their team in Trier, initially on a 2-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire order process, from entry and tracking to monitoring deadlines. A key part of your day will involve extensive written and telephone communication with insured individuals, clients, and service providers. You will also handle appointment scheduling and monitoring, as well as preparing and following up on consultations and assessments. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in IT and modern office communication, and ideally, familiarity with the German healthcare system.
