Job Summary
As an IT Onsite Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues and maintaining the IT infrastructure at client locations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing hands-on support for hardware such as PCs, laptops, and printers, as well as installing and configuring software and operating systems. You will also manage conference room technology, perform basic network and cabling tasks, and ensure all incidents are accurately documented in the company's ticketing system. This role requires a strong service-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with centralized IT teams.
