Job Summary

In this IT Support Specialist role, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving technical challenges for employees. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing 1st and 2nd-level support for hardware and software issues, setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and mobile devices, and performing installations and configurations of operating systems and applications. You will also be responsible for documenting support cases in a ticketing system and collaborating with external service providers and internal IT teams.
