Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at FERCHAU, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure for our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and configuring workstations, printers, and mobile devices. You will be responsible for installing operating systems and applications, as well as documenting all support cases within the ticketing system.
