As an IT Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing IT service management practices. Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining, implementing, and optimizing ITSM processes in alignment with ITIL standards, while collaborating closely with operational IT teams to standardize service delivery. You will act as a key communicator, bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, and will be responsible for maintaining process documentation and driving the digitalization and automation of service workflows. Required Skills
Education

- Experience in the application of BPMN 2.0 and modeling tools
