Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk / Support Specialist at FERCHAU, you will play a vital role in connecting people and technology by providing high-quality support to our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for IT issues (1st Level Support), managing ticket dispatching to ensure all necessary information is captured, and resolving technical problems directly (2nd Level Support). Required Skills
