Job Summary

Join a high-tech team at Kappa optronics, a global leader in developing innovative camera and vision systems for demanding sectors like Aviation, Defense, and Automotive. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development of image signal and data processing within camera systems, including Automotive ECUs and Aviation VDUs. Your day-to-day tasks will involve implementing complex algorithms in VHDL, integrating FPGA IPs for memory control and data transfer, and performing thorough simulation and verification of VHDL designs using automated testbenches. You will also debug with embedded FPGA IP-Cores and utilize various lab equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Embedded Systems, coupled with initial experience in FPGA design workflows, including VHDL, simulation, integration, and verification. Strong English language skills are essential, along with a keen interest in developing functional safety image processing systems and a collaborative, customer-oriented mindset.
