Job Summary

As a Power Electronics Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex system requirements into technical specifications for power electronic components. Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed requirement specifications (Lastenhefte) that account for electrical parameters, thermal management, EMC, and functional safety. You will act as a key interface between internal departments and external suppliers, managing technical development partners and conducting rigorous design reviews. Furthermore, you will oversee the evaluation of development and test results, guiding products through the industrialization process until the Start of Production (SOP).
