Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Configuration Manager to join our team and drive technological advancements. In this role, you will be responsible for operational configuration management tasks within projects, including planning, controlling, and monitoring CM measures and change management. You will define the framework for configuration and product management, create effort estimations for proposals, and support procurement with CM requirements for suppliers. The position also involves creating baselines and advancing internal CM tools and processes. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification, with several years of professional experience in configuration management. Strong knowledge of CM processes, standards, methods, and tools, coupled with experience in project organization and MS Office/SAP, is essential. Excellent English communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach are also required.
