Job Summary

As a Service Manager in Facility Management, you will hold full technical responsibility for five designated properties in central Berlin. Your day-to-day duties involve ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of building systems, coordinating service providers, and managing technical performance. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, overseeing fault management, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with warranty claims. This role offers significant decision-making authority and is ideal for experienced technical professionals looking to advance into a leadership position. You will be provided with modern IT tools and a company vehicle to support your work across different locations. The position is permanent and focuses on long-term operational excellence and technical optimization of building infrastructure.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facility Management) or certification as a Master Electrician, Electrical Technician, or State-Certified Technician.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in technical facility management or a comparable field.
  • Experience in property management or technical operations is highly valued.
  • Proven track record in coordinating technical services and managing maintenance workflows.
