As a Service Manager for Technical Facility Management, you will oversee the operational integrity and maintenance of multiple properties. You will be responsible for supervising maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and tracking technical defects to ensure high standards of building performance. Required Skills

Education

Master Electrician, Electrical Technician, Electrical Engineer, or State-Certified Technician; alternatively, a degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Building Equipment (TGA), or Facility Management.
